In this project a group of 2-3 students will work on a simple location based indoor game, for instance a multiplayer treasure hunt, capture the flag or whatever comes up. The environment will be tagged with iBeacon senders such that the smartphones of the players can locate their user within the game environment.

The first step will be to create and refine a game concept, while at the same time the implementation work can already start with realizing an indoor localization based on existing APIs e.g by Estimote.

A project for 2-3 students. Media informatics students can do their MAD project, see also https://wiki.xmlab.org/MedieninformatikFAQ - Bachelor thesis is also possible!

The meetings will take place tuesday mornings, some time between 11-13 in seminar room I, HBK main building.

Start: 17.04.2018
